1. Returns

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or refund. We must receive the tracking information for your return and receive the parcel back to the warehouse within 14 business days. Return labels are at your own cost and the pricing depends on carrier service and location.

Please note: worn glasses and/or incomplete orders are not eligible for a refund and/or exchange.
